VT Property Group Co. Ltd operates a structured listing submission process designed to protect owners, buyers, and the integrity of the marketplace. This page is the official reference for fees, commission, verification contacts, and terms.
When you submit a property through the platform, terms are presented dynamically based on your listing choices — not as one long static list. You accept only the sections relevant to your submission.

Section 04
To maintain a secure and trusted real estate marketplace, every property submitted to V&T PROPERTY CO. LTD is subject to a Property Service, Verification, and Advertising Fee.
Automatic calculation
Property Service Fee = 2% × Minimum Property Price

The calculated fee is displayed automatically before payment and must be paid before the property enters the verification process.
Section 04
Once a property has been successfully sold through V&T PROPERTY CO. LTD, the company shall receive a commission calculated as follows:
Commission formula
Commission = 30% × (Final Selling Price − Minimum Price)

The remaining balance is paid to the property owner according to the agreed payment process.
Section 05
If a property is sold below the minimum price submitted by the owner, the commission shall not be calculated automatically. Instead, the commission shall be mutually agreed upon between V&T PROPERTY CO. LTD and the property owner before completing the transaction.
Section 06
For properties under the management of V&T PROPERTY CO. LTD, additional management responsibilities, reporting, and coordination will be set out in a Property Management Agreement.
Section 07
To strengthen property verification and ownership confirmation, every property owner must provide the following information during property submission:

These contacts will only be used by V&T PROPERTY CO. LTD during the property verification and survey process.

If you select optional services during submission, the following additional terms may apply:
You indicated that installment payment is an accepted method for this listing. The following financing terms apply.
You requested documentation services from VT Property Group Co. Ltd. These terms govern that service.
You selected that VT Property Group Co. Ltd should manage this property on your behalf.
Section 09
Before final submission, every client must read and accept the general terms below, in addition to any section-specific terms that apply to their listing.
I confirm that I am the legal owner or an authorized representative of the listed asset.
I declare that all information submitted is true, complete, and accurate.
I authorize VT Property Group Co. Ltd to verify ownership, inspect the asset, and contact relevant authorities for verification purposes.
I understand that my contact and LC1 details will be used only for verification, survey, and lawful platform communication.
I authorize VT Property Group Co. Ltd to advertise my listing across its website, mobile applications, and official social media platforms.
I understand that VT Property Group Co. Ltd reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove listings that contain false information, fraudulent documents, or violate company policies.
I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all applicable Terms and Conditions of VT Property Group Co. Ltd.
