Property title, category, listing type, and asking price
Minimum acceptable price (private) for fee and commission calculation
Accurate location details and nearby landmarks
Clear photos of the property, access road, rooms, or plot
Ownership or authorization details for verification review
Two LC1 verification contacts (name, position, telephone)
Acceptance of V&T property submission fees, commission, and terms

Property submission fee
2% × Minimum Property Price
Example: UGX 100,000,000 minimum → UGX 2,000,000 service fee. Calculated automatically before payment and required before verification.
Sales commission
30% × (Final Selling Price − Minimum Price)
Example: sold at UGX 120M with UGX 100M minimum → UGX 6,000,000 commission on the UGX 20M difference.
